Field Documentation
Our Office develops Existing Condition Drawings which will include all room dimensions, finishes, door and window sizes and locations, Structural components that are visible and construction assemblies, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems and Fixtures. We will also photograph the existing building inside and out and will document it to the floor plans for easy cross-referencing. The drawings can be developed in AutoCAD or Revit and can be detailed upon your request.
DRAFTING SERVICES
Our Office is experienced in developing Design Drawings which can then be executed into a full set of Construction Documents. We are experienced in all Phases of the Life-Cycle of the project from its Feasibility stages to Construction Detailing. Our Office can also plug in and coordinate with the Design Team and Engineering Consultants if necessary to deliver drawings in the most efficient manner possible and can offer a project portal and communication platform that will assist in the management of information and files as the project is developed.
